So There
Was This Rat™
Director's Notes
With a cast of only nine
people, this show is
really easy to do.
Set changes are easy.
The main fixed set is
the kitchen in Myra's
house. All other sets
are able to be done
forward of the kitchen
set, and then removed.
Costumes are simple.
Present day street dress
is all that is needed.
This show deals with our
understanding of the
emotions and feelings of
the elderly. It does so
in a really humorous
fashion, but there is a
pleasant message.
The authors are readily
available to discuss the
details of portraying
the characters and
anything else that you
might feel requires
analyzing.
